Check your internet browser or use adidas app. Just few days ago I used gift card to purchase and they worked well.

As others have mentioned before, the better Adidas deals recently often appear on eBay or ShopSimon, making it harder to use these gift cards most effectively. Could be intentional on the part of Adidas.

I think the sweet spot is that you might be able to double dip onto the credit card offers as well like 100-20 or extra 10%/15% off.

I disagree. I buy most of my adidas gear on eBay, but occasionally the website has sales as well that make the items a great deal. Adding this gift card takes another 20% off.

true most deals on ebay(adidas official) or shopsimon, only during last year end adidas website itself had so many sales.
