I JUST did a 5700x3d build like 3 months ago and I don't need an upgrade/crossgrade.
But with the tariff uncertainty I wanted to get on am5 since it's got probably another 2-4 years left. Am4 is dead end.
Got this, a 9600X, a nice case and a 240 aio for 426 bucks shipped.
The 9600x came w monster hunter AND a free 512GB SATA SSD. And it has an iGPU to tide me over until the GPU market shakes out. Or maybe I'll throw my old 3070 in it.
For around $425 (after tax) it's a complete budget build minus psu (I have a spare psu).

Very true. Got the 850m board after looking at this one. No issues with my build.
One plus is that gigabyte seems to monitor Newegg reviews and they respond to complaints.
