I own the 2024 Razr 5G and yes, that phone does include a one-time replacement screen provided by U Break I Fix. I think it was good for 2 years from purchase and assume (right or wrong?) that the 2025 phone also includes it.

To The people who have received their phones. Could you please try and put a non total wireless SIM in your phone to see if it is locked or unlocked or check in the settings to see if the status says it is locked or unlocked. Just trying to test a theory that may be total wireless sent out unlocked phones on accident and that's why they are recalling them.

For anyone having activation or port issues, instead of reg TW CS, choose the "more options" in the IVR (recorded prompts) and select or say "disconnect". You'll be xfr'd to someone almost immediately and they have all the tools you need.

I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.

It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

You need to activate the line with the phone they sent you. But after that you can try using the sim on another unlocked device? Never tried that but basically just activate it and make some calls or texts to show activity from your end

You can use your google number, you real number, your other real number, or your various whatever numbers to buy the phone. You don't need to activate using that number.

You also don't need the $2 plan on number barn. You just enter the codes when you port out.

After getting four discounted devices I opened up a new account with family ID and ordered four more devices. they canceled one of my device orders, that was almost a week ago I still can't order a replacement forth device with discount. Total Wireless says I'm at the maximum device discount for this ID even though I only have 3. Anyone else face this? Their email did not say why they canceled my particular iPhone 13 device. I ordered two iPhone 13s on the same day one of them was canceled
