i created a Total Wireless account last November to purchase 2 Motorola Edge phones and 2 Samsung Galaxy A35. Now I want to buy the Razr with this deal and I tried to create a new account. but when I verified my ID, it said I already have an account with Total. so I cannot add a line because all 4 old lines are past due and inactive. Is there any other way I can buy this Razr?

I am running into same issue. Both ups and total are blaming each other and are saying well it says delivery for the 20th still so expect it on the 20th. Idk if they know what's going on or if they're lying.

you're probably right. i'm just annoyed at this time and venting. but for sure, i'm not jumping into any tw deal soon unless it's really FREE. btw, this razr 2025 is no longer available on the tw website. so it looks like there's some real problem with the device.

Thats strange, because I just ordered one a few minutes ago

Number has been ported from Google Voice and service is now active! 24 hours since the Google Voice port the device still didn't have any service. Went to TW chat and they told me to download a new eSim. Initiated download and it automatically setup a new eSim with the new port number.
Did you just go to the phone's settings and setup an esim? Or did customer service send you a qr code to scan?

This is what I imagined happened. The warehouse shipped the phones out before the date posted on the website so some higher up calls the warehouse and says. Who told you to ship those phones early? You are not supposed to ship those phones until the 20th. So the warehouse decided hey don't worry I'll get as many returned to us as I possibly can. Let's see how you like that. So this whole debacle is all over internal department beef that no one at Total Wireless wants to admit. Moral of the story is people are dicks.

Went to the phone settings. After I hit 'Download new SIM', it automatically began configuring. Not sure if they did anything on their end but I wasn't sent a QR code.

Generally a bad idea. Their T&C look for the phone to be activated on their system for 90 days. Not the Sim, the Phone.
What if the phone is just connected to WiFi?

Got it. Are you able to make phone calls and use mobile data though?
