I did chat with the service agent and got the free $10 Visa Reward Card in a separate new order as they were not able to apply to the order directly.
The 12000 is 100% worth it at this price and a great chair with good quality w/o going into designer chairs that cost 700+.
(I hear it's better than the Costco chair apparently that's not made for any one over 5'7" to sit comfortably, I'm fine in this chair at 6'3")

Luckily I order the black one which was showing out of stock but available for pickup at some locations.
My first order was cancelled as they called me to tell they only have display one.
Second worked though. I built it today. Nice chair, certainly has more quality than dexley staples stuff
