The salt in the smaller bottles is 8% per 1/4 TSP, but it is 11% per 1/4 TSP in the big bottle. The salt is 250mg per 1/4 TSP, so approximately half of this entire bottle, or 3.5lb, consists of coarse salt. That means you're paying about ~$14 for 3.5lb of garlic, pepper, and the other ingredients that make up this seasoning.
