Bought service with this company through Amazon back in December. It took them over a month to ship the sim card, then when I went to activate it they said the iccid number didn't match their records for the purchase. Took three days of calls and many hours before someone was able to fix it. Each time they asked the exact same questions (Amazon order number, iccid, IMEI, my address for the phone number). In the end they didn't give me the area code I requested that they asked for in each of the calls.

YMMV, but I personally would not buy from this company, nor will I be staying with this company when my year is up.

FYI, I bought two one Verizon and one T-Mobile. I noticed that T-Mobile can have visual voicemail while Verizon cannot.

Reduced speeds after high-speed data is exhausted for the remainder of the month. Says it in the description. I'm down to clown with this deal. My important phone numbers were ported to google voice long ago. So swapping SIM etc is no big deal. THANK YOU phoinix this is a smoking deal. Not like I'll need the hotspot feature which would cost extra. Best of all I can wait a month until current service ends so plenty of breathing room.

Can anyone post a link or their working T-mobile APN settings?

On my Pixel phone it auto d/l the settings but I broke that phone and on my new moto the default APN is different...listed as PWG.

Quick check against their website - they seem to have this 5gb plan on sale for $75 and mention a 40% off code (INFI40 I believe it was). That would put it down to $45, yes? Does anyone have time to wade through all the red tape to confirm this?

If the code holds, it's 15 less than this deal. If not, it's 15 more and forget I said anything.

The website is kind of giving me Tracfone vibes in that it looks like a hot mess to work with otherwise I would check myself.

edit: looked at the wording of it, and it seems to suggest the discount is already included in that pricing, so although I'm not inputting my data/signing up for an account and truly clicking through to checkout to verify, I reckon there's nothing to see here and it's $15 more than the posted deal.

Apologies for asking a basic and probably dumb question but if I get this SIM, how do I get a phone number? The unlocked phone I'm thinking of using has never been activated.

i've only used the verizon sim and i've had good service, no issues. i only used it for a month though. did you do verizon or tmobile?

Yea. it really depends on the location.

I have ATT postpaid and have this Infimobile Verizon. At some places, it is even better than ATT and showing Verizon 5GUW..

I bought plan earlier this year for a higher amount $74 but have had zero issues. Port from previous service was smooth and took 5 minutes max. I had the SIM over 60 days before I activated it without issue as I waited till my previous service was almost out. So far I would do it again a such a great rate but not sure what the cost is on renew
