Bought service with this company through Amazon back in December. It took them over a month to ship the sim card, then when I went to activate it they said the iccid number didn't match their records for the purchase. Took three days of calls and many hours before someone was able to fix it. Each time they asked the exact same questions (Amazon order number, iccid, IMEI, my address for the phone number). In the end they didn't give me the area code I requested that they asked for in each of the calls.

YMMV, but I personally would not buy from this company, nor will I be staying with this company when my year is up.

FYI, I bought two one Verizon and one T-Mobile. I noticed that T-Mobile can have visual voicemail while Verizon cannot.

Does this include all taxes? When I check out through the infimobile website they tack on a $25 e911 fee on top of sales tax.

For the folks on Infimobile who have ported out, how easy or hard was it?

Will they get me a new number, or do I have to bring one?

Either. You can port your old number or they will give you a new one. you do it during the setup of the SIM.

Not a lot of reviews on Amazon. But they have a bunch of other reviews for other plans with this company. I'll avoid right now as it seems customer service and port out are gripes, people complaining late model Samsungs aren't compatible (though perhaps they are locked phones?). If the service works it seems that people are mostly happy, but there are a lot of $15/month prepays out there.
I just moved my SIM from an S10 to an S25 and it works perfectly (and now I have 5G speeds 😁)

insane price. $5/month. (This is cheaper than EU plans)
For those two months/year when I will run out of data I can just buy an esim to get to the end of the month.

I have Infimobile 10gb plan and its been solid on verizon. No issues for me.

Only issue I had was porting out from Redpocket mobile ATT to Infimobile. I had to contact Redpocket for them to fully release my line, even though they have a DIY portout option with them.

I think if you chat with CS online, or call in, they can help you do that with a deal. Otherwise, I'm unsure. I wanted to change a plan mid-month and they gave me a discounted rat.

Full-priced rats are the worst.

How will I receive iMessages on my primary eSIM when I switch data to this secondary eSIM and am travelling with no WiFi?
