Damn I hate how they're 99 dollar deal is a 2ah and a 4 ah niw and this one is now 2x 4ah and one 2ah. Wish it was back to a 6, 4 and a 2. I just don't think it's worth it unless you hack it for a tool. Happy I got my worth of batteries. Hate how people still jumped on these deals to let them know to keep it this way. And no it wasn't pre covid. Last battery deal I got was last year early 2024 with the 2 4ah Batteries for 99 and free tool.

Anyone else getting their order cancelled immediately? I'm ordering the $160 leaf blower and battery but it keeps cancelling only the leaf blower when I select store pickup (the batteries weren't cancelled).

My order was cancelled roughly 5 hours after I placed it. Not sure why. I also can't get back through the checkout process now.

Was able to return the batteries no problem. If you choose in-store pickup, the tool arrives immediately but the batteries are on hold to ship later. So I picked up the tool and said I didn't want to wait for the batteries, and they cancelled batteries for two orders with no fuss. This was technically a cancellation and not a return, so I'll say YMMV if you already have the batteries.

I ordered the batteries and the tripod light. My CC had 2 charges: batteries and light: $99 each. Both were ready. Picked up the batteries and cancelled the tripod. Received an email of a refund of $99 for the light.

Was tempted on the tripod light, given I have extra 40v batteries. In the end decided to just get some $25 light from ebay that works with the large ryobi batteries.

It's very functional and bright. And the tripod itself can be operated by 18V, 40V and AC, and can run many Ryobi devices like lights, speakers, fans, etc.

I have been wanting this tripod light for quite some time...I have an a fuse panel in my basement that I want to switch out to the "modern" circuit breakers...my house was built in like 1972 - the original owners must have been some cheap a$$ Mofos - lol.

I will pull the Mid American Meter and install at 150 amp circuit breaker panel. Then plead ignorance when they say why is the meter tag broken. House is only about 1100 sq ft. Horribly wired and missing outlets in key locations.

I've always thought that tripod light was WAY over priced but the added batteries make it well worth the deal. Thanks OP!
