So... The T-Mobile system is not great at keeping track of this on the business side.
But they are working on fixing that.
I wouldn't count on it long term. It's not hard to find ten people to use service.
It's not hard to get a port number.
The port requirement is to please investors, showing the carrier is conquesting users from another carrier with deep discounts, and not just getting marginal bulk business.

Google voice port count?
Terms just say port in, so it should. There are no carrier specific terms I can find.
(Technically the terms don't explicitly say port-in required, but because they say "switch" numbers - that generally means port is needed - may be some leeway for a business rep to override, haven't tried).

Usually a migration will void the deal. Business reps can sometimes issue credits or in-kind, but because these lines are already on T-Mobile, and value... that's unlikely.
Realistically you just don't have enough lines to get a business rep to go though all the effort to credit that one line out.
If you cancel your LLC later, legally you don't have the standing to keep the account. Realistically it probably wouldn't come up unless you decided to add more lines in the future and they did a credit check.
