My previous T-Mobile business rep sent me this pretty great offer. If you're able to switch over from any company that's not a T-Mobile company, they're offering 10 lines for $100 and every line after that is only $10. Things to know: This is an offer for businesses this plan does not qualify for phone promotions. He also has device data plans available for $15/device.

Do we need to keep all 10 lines for a certain period to not lose the discount? If I ported in 10 lines, can I cancel say 5 lines the next month and pay $50 for the remaining 5?
I doubt it but you're welcome to reach out and ask.

So... The T-Mobile system is not great at keeping track of this on the business side.

But they are working on fixing that.

I wouldn't count on it long term. It's not hard to find ten people to use service.

So you must port in all 10 lines or can some lines be new line w/ new numbers?

It's not hard to get a port number.

The port requirement is to please investors, showing the carrier is conquesting users from another carrier with deep discounts, and not just getting marginal bulk business.

Terms just say port in, so it should. There are no carrier specific terms I can find.

(Technically the terms don't explicitly say port-in required, but because they say "switch" numbers - that generally means port is needed - may be some leeway for a business rep to override, haven't tried).

I already have 12 lines with tmobile personal account but on one line I have phone payment so if I move to tmobile than they charge me full amount for this phone or they adjust it cuz I have monthly discount for this phone and also what I cancel my llc later is that effect the lines cuz I might close my llc later this year no need anymore

Usually a migration will void the deal. Business reps can sometimes issue credits or in-kind, but because these lines are already on T-Mobile, and value... that's unlikely.

Realistically you just don't have enough lines to get a business rep to go though all the effort to credit that one line out.

If you cancel your LLC later, legally you don't have the standing to keep the account. Realistically it probably wouldn't come up unless you decided to add more lines in the future and they did a credit check.

Data point:
  1. You really don't need to port all 10 numbers, you can and rep mentioned that, 4 port in qualify for $200 rebate <-- not confirmed
  2. You either do all 10 pSIM, or 10 eSIM. Can't mix and match (eg 2eSIM & 8 pSIM it will not allow you to create the plan)
  3. Call 1800-937-8997 to signup.
  4. This is TE Plan. Which mean Tax Exclusive, depend on the state tax range from $20~$70 for this plan.
  5. There's no $35 Connection Fee but there's $20 SIM Kit fee. (again depending on the rep you have, he/she might credited you with it)
  6. You can port in, port out, change pSIM to eSIM on the fly on https://tfb.t-mobile.com/
  7. This plan is for 10 lines for $100, if you have less than 10 lines, possible will result higher bill or you will still get charged for $100 even its less than 10 lines.
