I have this one and once you pack it to the brim, the weight distribution on the shoulder pads is terrible and the hip belts don't give it much support.

Is this good for carrying groceries? I am looking for a backpack to put my groceries in for the long walks back to the office or home. I don't like hand carrying them because I save my farmers walks for the gym.
