Here are the 128gb and 256gb for those interested:
128gb $349.97 (Blue only) - https://www.costco.com/apple-ipad...85665.html

They need to make a mini Pro with same speakers, display, processor and build as the 11" Pro.

I think the CPU is a conscious choice for mini. Most consumers have it on the go, an iPhone CPU is better for battery consumption and still plenty of power. Putting a M2/3/4 into this would not justify.

Good deal. It would be amazing to stack with the instacart/paypal deal but I don't see the iPad on instacart.

I went for the 128. Great consumption device. I'm selling my 12.9" M2 since all I did was use it as a laptop replacement. Got myself a 14 M3 Pro for actual work stuff.

Best storage size for downloading movies to watch offline? Is the 128GB too small?

128 would fill up pretty quickly if you have a bunch of media you want to keep on it at all times.

Also, as a side use-case: paired with a Razer Kishi Ultra, you can run Apollo/moonlight from your gaming PC for an amazing mobile gaming experience. Can even play away from home if you configure a VPN.. latency may be sus, but it's possible

Just a quick FYI: this generation of iPad mini still hasn't resolved the jellyscroll issue(because Apple uses the same display to cut cost, duh), which I found to be extremely distracting when scrolling content vertically, documents, social media etc.

got the 128GB. value was, the 512gb is probably a better 'deal' as it's 38% off MSRP but I just need a simple device to read and play some games
