Was interested until I saw the 90 calories per serving
If you think that's wild, just wait until you see how much salt/fat/sugar/calories are in most restaurant foods. You'd never want to eat out again.

They sold the company to an investment bank type place and the ketchup, their original product, wasn't profitable enough apparently.

This is not true. The ketchup didn't sell well enough in mass to keep producing it. It was never sold to a bank

They discontinued it in 2023. Tell me if you want to pay $12+ per bottle for expired ketchup from a 3rd party.

Tried it once; fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, well, as they say.

It is true. I had it partially wrong. It wasn't an investment bank, it was to Unilever, even worse. They discontinued the ketchup, claimed it was due to poor sales. It probably was. But if they didn't sell out I can almost guarantee the ketchup would still be sold today.
