You could regularly hack the tools to get them around $100. I got a fuel jigsaw, fuel grinder, and even the fuel shop vac for $100.
Ok so you're getting 2 6's but you're getting old gen tools and paying 50% more.
I wish my hourly rate kept up with inflation like this.
