That's the ONLY way it multi-tasks. My dumbphone from 2004 can do that. IT has done this since the original iPhone, and IMO is not considered "multi-tasking" by any means. Try listening to Pandora while browsing Safari..that's right..YOU CAN'T.

i would like the ability to do that, i guess i just don't see the necessity at the moment. maybe if you had a better example? but i get where you're coming from...

not defensive, simply stating the obvious. i would do that sort of stuff with my laptop, but it is kind of heavy, the battery is beyond drained all the time, and it takes up too much space in my lap and around me, considering i'd be at a game that's ass to elbows already.

i don't see the reason for pandas. they're cute, granted, but they're useless creatures. they are bad at reproducing and they eat bamboo, which does nothing for them, so they have to eat tons of it.

You need something really big to rattle my skin. Like people who disparage all "celerons" as if they were stil based on Pentium III technology, or folks who threadcrap 2.5" portable external hard drives deals by claiming a 3.5" external drive is a better deal!

The fact is..this isn't a primary music device. And you've obviously never used Pandora then.
Have you used an iPhone before?
You should definitely try one out or an iPod Touch because then you'll maybe understand the frustrations of users everywhere. It was somewhat acceptable on an iPhone/iPod Touch, but when you're dealing with a 10inch tablet, it is completely unacceptable because it's not going to have the same primary reasons.

And pandas are VERY necessary. They are among the cutest animals on earth. That has value!
