In have a pair of these in the front and a pair of JBL control X in the back. The JBLs have amazing clarity but no low end to speak of. These have good clarity and powerful low end (exceptionally hard for outdoor). So I'm gonna bump out the JBLs with this order.

I have two sets of these that I use as Atmos speakers because I wanted to aim them at the listening position rather then having ceiling speakers that fired down (yes, some are angled). They actually sound pretty good.

Good speakers. Driving 2 with a Sonos amp on back deck. Need to EQ up the bass a bit, but no issues doing so. They can most certainly be pushed without falling apart. Easy to mount, built well. Solid speakers. Highly recommend at this price.

Would it work with bluetooth adapter so i can play music from my phone? Do i need two speakers or one could be enough for a backyard?

You would need an amplifier that supports Bluetooth. And then yes it would just be like a Bluetooth speaker.

This model is unique that you can get stereo sound from one speaker if you want. But I still prefer having two speakers set apart in distance to achieve a sound field.
