No. 199 is usual price for this kit. It's nothing special. All brushed tools and small 1.5 batteries. The cells in these batteries and 3.0 cp are inferior to the standard M12 batteries.

Tense is correct however I find myself using these tools more on an everyday basis more. Depends on your needs but these are my go to for small home projects

I'm never one to tool shame, I bought this exact set to keep in the utility closet so I don't need to bust out the big guns when I just need to hang a picture or something. To me honest, even then I'm not super impressed with these. They'll get the job done, but I think unless you literally are just hanging pictures with these, you're going to want a little more power. I have heard good things about the M12 line, but I guess that's mainly brushless tools.
