Did you add a filler item (like a can etc). I had that issue when my cart was empty besides the free item, but once I added a different item, it worked.

The problem seems to be that the coupon is for 3.30 but the item price is 3.29. That cent difference is why people need to add an item to bring the price higher.
Add a cheap item like banana and coupon will work. If you remove the cheap item, the coupon will go back to not working.
