It shows the pink TMO screen when powering on. After unlock and first inserting the TMO SIM, it asked me if I wanted to switch to TMO. When I answered 'yes' it removed the AT&T apps and installed the TMO apps, like TLife, etc. So I guess it is now considered a TMO phone. I'll see if I get updates in the future, as I had already done all available updates when I had the AT&T SIM in it before network unlocking.
Similar situation here, except i didn't want to wait for the big android 15 update to install on at&t. Now that i'm on tmobile, it's not showing up as available anymore.

I'll probably wait a bit and see if it eventually shows up automatically before using other means.

I cancelled my service on the 3rd day of activation. The online chat CSR also confirmed that my final bill will be $0. However, my final bill shows a one-time partial month charge of $5.07 (May 29 - May 31). Should I chat to their CSR again to get rid of this charge?
That is expected. You need to pay that. Most likely Surcharges like below.
Fed Universal Service Charge
Regulatory Charge
Admin & Telco Recovery Charge
Taxes & gov fees
Telecom Srvc Assist (ITSAP)
911 Fee

How do I figure out what my new number is so I can pay for the phone before it delivers tomorrow?
Thanks in advance.

That will be prorated plan charge plus additional cell charges, seems good to me.

It might have in the contract that you signed but I don't think you have that saved during ordering. You can't find a new number until the phone arrives and activated unless you are adding a line to existing ATT account.

I paid off earlier just before noon.

So I should start the SIM swapped process after midnight today would be best ?
Yes, that's right.

You need to chat with them as again and be polite but persistent to apply the credits to the current bill.

I suggest cancel via chat so you have logs etc and access the account to chat further when they send you final bill.

Seen a comment here that someone was able to do in the store.
I thought all of that expired now. Which card has $75 back?
Citi cards have $50 back.
Was anyone able to pay off the AT&T phone balance online using multiple credit cards that each have the cash back promo on them? If that works, I might place an order.

If not, was anyone able to confirm we can pay in parts either in store or by phone?
