Did they cancel the activation fee and the $75 charge that people are reporting when you were chatting with CSR? Also, how quickly did you receive the phone from WM? And, did you go to AT&T store to payoff phone? Some here are reporting that store is giving them a hard time to payoff phone.
When you cancel you will for sure get the full bill regardless of cancellation date. You have to call in to request refund for the prorated charge.

Thanks, but I haven't heard any success stories on Verizon plan, yet. Just that they canceled their account (assuming CSR told them that bill was cancelled) then they received a $115 bill.

I don't have access to my account anymore but in my email stating that my bill was ready, it states my bill credit is 0. Hopefully I don't own anything. Also I initially had issues paying off the phone at Verizon but went back again to the same store and another staff helped me and I was able to pay off the phone.

OnTrac is still holding my phone hostage, they delayed my delivery date 3 times now. What am I supposed to do? Just cancel the order and order the ATT version hoping it gets shipped via Fedex?

Yeah you have to get the CS to refund you under their buyer's remorse policy. Plenty of successful examples from past Pixel 9 XL deal two months back. no reason to think otherwise. Try it yourself and report back.

Mine is ATT and with onTrac. How can you be sure that ATT will be shipped via FedEx?

For those doing the SIM swap with AT&T, is the after midnight a requirement? And if so, what time zone is being used?

Still trying to decide between the S24+ vs. Ultra. Does anyone prefer one over the other?

Ultra usually fetches better trade-in value

My Verizon bill was $124 but they prorated it after I ported out. They would not refund the activation fee despite me porting out a day after activation. Was $41 and some change after they prorated.

Not a requirement as I have seen people getting it right after but if it says device not paid off then perhaps you need wait until midnight PST. If you are worried about the activation fee see my pinned comment to get rid of jt the bill instantly even after 3 days. Also,.some has reported just asking for the unlock code via chat and getting it so it might be a good idea to give it try before doing sim swap
