My estimated delivery date is Jun 23. I have my ATT passcode and phone number. Should I create my ATT login and password now or wait until I get email from ATT which I have not gotten yet? Just wanted to get a idea of when my line would be activated with ATT. TIA.
Has it shipped yet? If not you perhaps will get the email before shipping if they scan your phone, if not you might end up with a free phone.

Edit: spoke too soon. Package is marked shipped now and also got the ATT email to register account. Will be on hook for about 10 days of service if package gets here on 23rd as scheduled.

Hello, need help, I got one new connection from Verizon using this deal and was fortunate to get it pay off by going to Verizon store on the same day of activation. After pay off I got the line disconnected and now waiting for final bill which is yet to arrive but agent was helpful and she said I have waived the fee. Now i shared the deal with my friend and he got the Verizon mobile yesterday via same deal. We went to the same store to pay off but the system says he can't pay off until 06/26. Today we went to the corporate store and those guys were pain in the and told us all together different stories that we have heard in forum. Now I feel bad because he is now stuck with this high payment plan (mobile plan) and we are not able to pay off. What are our options here ? Can we port this line to say xfinity ( I have xfinity mobile) and then wait for final bill from Verizon (not sure how much they will charge us if we port within one week of shipped date from Walmart ) . Does anyone have any success in talking to customers care and pay it off ? Please advise 🙏, we are in Atlanta if it helps

1. Add a credit card to Verizon account and try automated voice system to pay it off.
2. If it does not work, port it out. Verizon should send you a final bill with the amount owed.

Is this Walmart page buggy for you guys? I verify my account by sending a code to my phone, I enter it on the verification page, then it goes back to the 'verify your AT&T account by sending a one-time code to your phone' page.

It amazes me how bad these big carriers website and customer support is for the prices they charge. My first bill including the activation fee was looking to be $140 and that did not include anything related to the 2nd line I added to get a s24+ for my dad after fedex screwed me not delivering my ultra for 4 days so it sold out before I could get him one of those instead. The tip for the don't recognize this fee to get a credit on the activation looks like it worked but it still will not show up on the current bill. I guess I will just pay whatever the stupid bills are then hope they send me a check, not worth the back and forth in time or stress to deal with bad customer service.

Unforunately that no longer works as it had in the past. It will just say you're not eligible to pay off at this time.

I ended up paying $380 oop to Verizon for the final bill. I called and had the activation fee waived but the prorated charges of mostly taxes they wouldn't budget on. Dude seemed angry I got the phone for $360 and kept saying it was a price mistake, how did I get a $1000 phone for that price and all kinds of bs. He must've been in a seriously bad mood. Normally I would've hung up in someone's face for being rude like that but was scared he'd do something to the account. Anywho, on the Verizon site under documents and receipts, the activation document will show the actual activation date. Mine was set for the 6th, a day after the phone shipped. It was received on the 7th and the line canceled the same day.
Can you share what you did? I am on verizon right now and am trying to get the S24 Plus.
Is the process like this:
add a line through walmart verizon, order phone, get phone in the mail, activate, pay off phone and then close line?

Yeah, that's why I did not mention it before but for them just give it try if it magically works Smilie but I think porting out is the way to go if they can't find a store to accept cash

It has to be cash? Like what about a debit card or credit card?

Many don't have a way to accept cards. Sometime they are able to send a link to your phone for payment but don't count on it.
