The benefit of allulose over other sweeteners is that it has a freezing point similar to sugar when dissolved. So it makes very good sugar-free ice cream.

Thanks OP!

I've been using allulose with the Ninja Creami, and as the above poster mentioned, allulose seems to work really well in sugar free ice cream.

I bought this exact bag a few weeks ago.

Works incredibly well with almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon to create a zero-calorie glaze for baked goods or even be used inside some baked goods themselves. I've not noticed any weird aftertaste that you find with a lot of sugar substitutes.

Actually you are paying for a substance that was once and is currently classified as a laxative at mild amounts

Using Allulose in a Ninja even for the smallest beverage will require a cup or more

Sending prayers for your asshole and GI system if you are drinking a cup or more of allulose a day - and you will need WAYYYYYY more than cup for a zero soda
If you're drinking a cup of of allulose a day, you've got a problem, that allulose can't fix.

might want to see how many laxatives use allulose as an ingredient. might want to check how it was first used, in medical formulations of mild hospital laxatives. please educate me, help me to understand things that will take you years of studying to even borderline comprehend
Weird. Laxatives and upset guts are not the same. That said you sound a bit crazy. I suggest you get more magnesium and b5. You definitely need to start eating more fermented foods. I am worried for you. Good luck.
