It is 1/4 Inch not 3/8 But just wanted to give it a shout out since it came with a case and both SAE and metric

Another vote for the $20 20-piece Craftsman set others linked above, bought it a couple weeks ago. Or you could get the 51-piece set from Harbor Freight for $20.
