The display is absolutely gorgeous. Switch 2 and PS5 look amazing.
I actually really like the Smart OS (Tizen) interface. It feels polished and works well. My favorite is being able to access all of the monitor settings via the remote. Don't have to fumble around with that control "nub" on the back of the monitor.
Overall super impressed and very happy with the purchase. Great value IMO.
BTW, highly recommend using the following settings from TFTCentral to get the monitor looking its best: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Evw-7nZeuWY
What did you ask the rep to get the promo code? I tried once but the rep was not helpful

Thanks. I managed to get it to work. After the rep created a link to cart, I had to login and out again to see the code. Like others it didn't take off the full $50, but I'll take it! Helps with some of the tax.
Pros: good size, specs, panel, OS
Cons: OS
This monitor was great for the kids, the apps were easy to use and intuitive. It's nice to be able to go on video apps without turning on the pc. It works as a really good smart monitor in that sense. That being said, it's kind of a task to change the source each time to PC. There's a nice reddit post on optimizing the screen settings, such as getting the HDR to HDR1000. I sold this and bought the G81SF and actually miss the smart features and built in speakers now.
