I contacted visible they said they can't help verizon will fix it.
Started chatting with verizon, first rep transferred to 2nd after i explained everything and i swear to God when i got to the fifth transfer i almost broke my pc.
Cancelled it right away without even getting it installed. What a joke customer service.
Will stay with optimum i guess.
