Hi, what was your bill before this change?
I had their 300 Mbps where I was paying 35 after all discounts. After linking Visible they removed other discounts and added visible, with this bill went up to 36.5.
And if move out of visible you will lose the $15 discount of visible.
As per an earlier post....
"I was able to see the discount stack with my other discounts. Log into your account and change your internet plan. It will open up to the screen to show what you current pay now along with the discounts. Click on the discount breakdown and you'll see it there."
Been getting since they first offered this damn "deal" . Still can't get either Verizon nor Visible to help honor it since I was previously getting the $10 discount.
