This might come is handy after catching a shoplifter.

For up to 2 inch PVC, I still use an old miter saw. It might be handy for PEX, though.

Even normal PVC this type of cutter shatters the pipe 50% of the time. I pretty much always saw PVC now. Probably works fine on PEX, don't know, don't cut much pex.
