Basically, I went to the Capital One shopping portal (via iOS App) to activate the normal $3 offer for STARZ. Then I abandoned the cart and ignored it for a couple of hours. Then when I went back into the Capital One shopping app, it showed Starz with a $21 cashback versus the standard $3 from Capital One shopping (plus it triggered my $3 Chase cash back).
These bounce back enhanced offers happens ALL THE TIME with their portal. Same thing w/ Viator.com bounce back. Goes up to 25% cash back.
