I bought the black at 50 this year also. This price is over priced it usually sells for 99.00 but goes on sale about every other month. Hold out and don't get ripped off

I didnt like the arc5 head was too big/bulky.. Arc3 with 14000 motor is my fav.

Agree, time for a link or receipt proof. I have had this model for a couple years and it is a favorite. It is Panasonic's TOL and it outperforms every other ER I have used.

Btw, it's a great shaver, even if a bit more primitive (no lcd screen) compared to the Panasonics I had before. Still Made in Japan, has greater head articulation and a stronger motor.

I bought the ARC5 online at Target a few years ago for about $60. Best electric shaver out there, and that includes Braun (IMO). I think this deal price is reasonable, and likely as good as it gets these days. Prices are generally on the way up not down, especially when imported.

FYI: I also had the smaller ARC3 and ARC4 in the past and prefer the larger ARC5. It completes the shave faster as it has more blade foil surface area and doesn't require as much back and forth as with the smaller versions.

I had the arc3 and upgraded to the arc5. I like the arc3 better as well. The arc5 head is fairly bulky in comparison and it shaves almost the same.

That might be true, but many people got them for that price. That price is highly unlikely to happen again, but the ARC5 goes on sale for $100 with some regularity. This is a decent price if someone needs one now.
