Ah, that's a very fair point / question! And sadly, no, it wouldn't.

- 8oz of Fairlife milk provides 13 grams of protein
- The equivalent-to-this-protein-drink 11oz serving would provide ~18g of protein

That's still a good amount, but you're right, not 30g. Hmm.

Note ingredient list (emphasis mine):

ULTRA FILTERED SKIM MILK, WATER, CREAM, COCOA (PROCESSED WITH ALKALI),
POTASSIUM PHOSPHATE, SEA SALT, NATURAL FLAVOR, LACTASE ENZYME, PECTIN,
SUCRALOSE, ACESULFAME POTASSIUM, MONK FRUIT EXTRACT, VITAMIN A
PALMITATE, VITAMIN D3.

Why not just throw some raw cocoa + allulose + a pinch of salt into an 8oz serving of Fairlife whole milk and you end up with a tasty, healthier, and cheaper option?

Would that get you to 30G of protein? Serious question.

Anyone try a shot of espresso with this? A protein mocha latte, maybe?

Your body can't absorb that much protein at once anyway. Protein in liquid form is absorbed 8-10g per hour. Save your kidneys and either drink high protein shakes slower or refrain from drowning your body in protein.
It's in your system for longer than 3 hours. It will fully absorb.

What absolute nonsense. Just make a protein shake.
Sliced bread from the store? What nonsense! Just bake it yourself!
It's called convenience. Not everyone has the time or facilities to "just make one", so they pay more for things that are premade or prepackaged.

I got this at Sam's and they have an awful smell coming from them ... Not sure if mouse droppings or what. I had one or two. Tasted ok but couldn't drink anymore with the smell off the can and packaging.

Anyone saying these are better than the 30g fairlife ones is crazy. Especially the vanilla flavor. The mouth feel is way chalkier for one thing. I've tried multiple creami recipes swapping a fairlife for a nurri and they're considerably not as good.

Shows in my app and on sameday (little more expensive, but sale price there).

edit: see someone else mention the sale at their store, but also see someone else say it's not at theirs. Maybe regonal? I'm west coast and other person saying they don't have it says they are east coast

What tf "facilities" do you need to make a protein shake? Yeah obviously having it pre-packaged in a can is more convenient but don't overstate the point.
