Imagine how difficult enforcement would be. Customer satisfaction would plummet if people started getting ID'd and kicked out of warehouse past a certain time.

My Costco did an early test run today. The wireless kiosk doesn't open until 10 AM, so people that don't want to be solicited might see that as another benefit. Self checkout only; and one cashier open for instacart shoppers.
