Mods feel free to move if this is not the appropriate forum; but it may still be a Slickdeals if it saves people from potential fire hazard damages

Update: Another five models have been recalled, including 20,000 mAh Zolo units. I recommend people Google their Anker model number (AXXXX) as there are now at least three waves of recalls, rather than use one list.

I will be taking advantage of the free replacement and dispose the current one as with 17 people reporting fires...that's way too many. Way too many as I intend to use these when I'm traveling in planes or when I'm outside in the hot sun. I don't want a burnt arm or whatever...

Always better to be safe than sorry, especially with battery devices. Those fire risks are no joke when you're traveling or carrying these in a bag. Definitely recommend checking the Anker model number and taking advantage of the free replacement.
