To reduce installation of games and other unwanted apps:
Set up without going on WiFi or inserting SIM card. Click on Skip for WiFi and Set up offline for the SIM card. Then Continue to set up offline.
Go to the App manager, click to view system apps. Then disable App cloud, Mobile Applicatons Manager.
After that you can enable WiFi, isert SIM card, activate.

BUT, on the latest post, it seems even though there is no esim option in the setting, you can still use the esim function

But menu for esim is hidden by default on this phone, that's all. Esim is added when a QR code is scanned.
At this price, this phone is unbeatable, $126 + $15. Any good case for this?
One thing i don't like about the phone is the edge. When typeing, my palm accidentally touched certain keys.

--get UL code
--UL phone
--insert non boost sim to verify UL
--insert boost sim to confirm with the T&C
--run updates upto A14

Is this auto payment something that is easily disabled in our account page (once you create an account), or does Boost make you jump through hoops?
