10/3/2025.
Reports are that boost may may changed their T & C.
(Around 10/1/2025 . maybe, not clear)
Requiring activating phone and using service for some time.
(3 months?).
Do your research.
However, may not matter much as phone appears to be gone for good from boost website.

You must activate the phone on boost network within 30 days of purchase.
If not you may be charged the full MSRP of the Device(s).
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
best practice=open the phone. activate the boost account. make a call or 2. send a text or 2
phone call &/or text just insures the phone number has been fully registered on the boost network
while not entirely necessary, just to be safe.
and not get a $600 bill or get sent to collections
[ which has happened to at least one user on this thread ]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
make sure u activate.
By checking this box I agree to e-transaction/e-signature, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions. Once activated I authorize Boost Mobile to automatically charge my card monthly for my Boost Mobile services, taxes and surcharges. My service will not begin until my SIM is activated. If you do not activate your Device(s) on the Boost Mobile network within 30 days of purchase, you may be charged the full MSRP of the Device(s) (less your purchase price), if applicable, to the card used today or any alternative method. . I also agree to receive communications regarding this order via email, SMS, or phone call using the contact information provided

Buying multiple phones?
Consider this.
The first phone will be 120.
Subsequent phones (either purchased at same time on withing next few days) will be less.
Boost has a weird way of billing and its often confusion. No one has figured it out yet.
Many have made speculations:
For example. Below is from a user.
My first purchase cost me $125.90 in total then subsequently thereafter I purchased 2x more phones which came out to $94.84 each.
Since you bought the first phone at regular price, Boost treats any further purchases as an additional line since they're on the same account.
However, bear in mind Boost will automatically enable autopay again so be sure to disable it prior to your next billing cycle recurring.

Once you've installed the program on your computer and enabled usb debugging on your phone you can have the software detect your phone, after that you can go to the 'Rescue' tab from where you can download and install android 15 with security patches updated to May 2025

I don't have a Lenovo account either. Why do they need to slow release this? It's not like thousands of people are waiting for it. This phone is not that popular. We won't be overloading the servers are anything.

Have auto-pay on before you call, say you want a refund on plan. They might try to deny you because you bought the phone, or finance deal, but just say you are not financing the phone and you paid full price for the phone. Keep mentioning the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on their site. My excuse plan was slow or was in dead zone its my city as the reason, but then they try to connect you with technical support. Just say no and keep asking for refund. They have trouble with canceling connecting to someone else please hold. CS tries to offer half price plan for next month, say no. Said you are only half way through plan call back at the end of the date, say no cancel/refund today. Then they ask if the Boost number is new or port in, this is important just say YES and they ask where you port from. I just said a random carrier like T-mobile. Eventually, they ask if you want to keep the phone as well and warn that its locked for year (lol its unlocked already), just say yea I might rejoin Boost later on if I move cities, idk. yada, ask for address and last 4 digits of card that was used. Said it would take 7-10 days for refund.
Also, ask for the Ticket# incase you don't get the refund. I will report back once I get it. $126.56-$61.62 = $64.94+$5unlock code = $69.94 for unlocked Edge+2023 not bad. I wish I ordered 1 more before the OOS.
EDIT: 8/19 email stating refund/ support ticket has been solved. Check payment history where it shows refund + bill credit. 8/21 Refund appeared back into my card

You can still order another phone if its restocked. I ordered again before last week of service after i got the first phone $60 plan refunded.

Well I thought I was getting a refund but they gave me bill credit instead. So I have to call back again. idk they didn't just refund it back to the card I use. They even verified the last 4 digits smh.
