10/3/2025.
Reports are that boost may may changed their T & C.
(Around 10/1/2025 . maybe, not clear)
Requiring activating phone and using service for some time.
(3 months?).
Do your research.
However, may not matter much as phone appears to be gone for good from boost website.

You must activate the phone on boost network within 30 days of purchase.
If not you may be charged the full MSRP of the Device(s).
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
best practice=open the phone. activate the boost account. make a call or 2. send a text or 2
phone call &/or text just insures the phone number has been fully registered on the boost network
while not entirely necessary, just to be safe.
and not get a $600 bill or get sent to collections
[ which has happened to at least one user on this thread ]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
make sure u activate.
By checking this box I agree to e-transaction/e-signature, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions. Once activated I authorize Boost Mobile to automatically charge my card monthly for my Boost Mobile services, taxes and surcharges. My service will not begin until my SIM is activated. If you do not activate your Device(s) on the Boost Mobile network within 30 days of purchase, you may be charged the full MSRP of the Device(s) (less your purchase price), if applicable, to the card used today or any alternative method. . I also agree to receive communications regarding this order via email, SMS, or phone call using the contact information provided

Buying multiple phones?
Consider this.
The first phone will be 120.
Subsequent phones (either purchased at same time on withing next few days) will be less.
Boost has a weird way of billing and its often confusion. No one has figured it out yet.
Many have made speculations:
For example. Below is from a user.
My first purchase cost me $125.90 in total then subsequently thereafter I purchased 2x more phones which came out to $94.84 each.
Since you bought the first phone at regular price, Boost treats any further purchases as an additional line since they're on the same account.
However, bear in mind Boost will automatically enable autopay again so be sure to disable it prior to your next billing cycle recurring.

Please provide the url for unlock code, tried DM to ThriftyGame5232 but the DM didn't work for me.
Sending you a message now.
I followed my own recommendation in Community Notes to avoid unwanted apps.
I noticed that the back says "Includes: motorola edge+2023, TurboPower 68W charger, USB Type-C cable, guides, SIM tool". The white sticker on the end with serial number IMEI etc says "Contents include: 1 handset, cable, guides, SIM tool" omitting the charger.
I guess if being able to have a PC like Desktop/gaming emulator/TV & Movie streaming apps, all in your pocket that you can plug into any monitor or TV is overrated.
Were you using smart connect or just mirroring? You saw this screen?

can you send me one as well? I ended up buying a 2nd one because I found out the hard way this phone gets instantly destroyed in water (theres no way it's truly ip68).

ThriftyGame5232, Please also send details this way. Thank you so much!
I'll make note of everyone and will PM y'all back when the private message clock thing restriction resets. I've already gotten a few since I posted that I can't send any, I'm not leaving anyone hanging intentionally trust me.
Wow. Out of curiosity and so I have a better understanding of the limits for my own Edge+, what exactly happened to yours? Dropped it into a pool? The ocean? I've dunked my IP67 iphone xr in seawater and aside from speaker issues which manifested themselves just this year, it's going strong with no issues. So to hear an IP68 rated (supposedly) phone get completely bricked from some water exposure is unreal to me lol.
It fell about 6 inches into a non-saltwater pool for literally 1 second. I was in the pool to catch it, and I even turned it off immediately. I've seen posts on reddit that are similar to my situation. There is just no way this thing is remotely close to ip68. edit-- It will charge and turn on, but touch screen doesn't respond and it just resets into a boot loop until the battery dies. I've had it sealed with silica packets for like 2 weeks now and it hasn't helped.
