One of the three of the ones I bought failed. Two Best Buy stores refused to honor Insignia "on the spot" warranty terms.

Hence I no longer recommend Insignia. Might as well but CCP stuff direct made at the same factories.

I bought one the last time it went on sale. Have had zero issues with it and have dropped it a few times as well. It does get warm.

Did you use all 100W? I'm sure it'll work fine for most phones but not with devices that can charge at 100W.
