Just snagged a "good" condition in Southern NH. 15 miles north of my house in MA. No sales tax and only $579.99 out the door for "good". Hopefully it's not a floor model.

Edit: Picked it up. looks brand new but had 1200 hours..... otherwise it looks great. I can deal with that for the price. I'm not going to be on it all day everyday anyways. I work outside for a living.

You can Google how to run a battery test on windows 11 (it's a command window input and it saves the output to your C drive). I got one with 1 charge cycle on the battery, 10 hours use. Mine was "fair" condition and didn't come with a charger cable. I ordered one off amazon

Buyer's Beware:

Bought last deal. Checked laptop, SSD hard drive was at 56% health (346TB written!) and battery was at 12% wear (88% health). From the battery report, it was a floor model which was left on 24/7 for a whole year. MFD, manufacture date was 1/2024. Not worth it. Hard pass...

I would NOT buy one of these unless you really know what to look for and check.
Similar happened to me with a zenbook. I don't know if bestbuy turns off computers at night but doesn't seem like it at some stores. It also seemed like the zenbook didn't go to sleep when I kept it on certain apps, so maybe that is why and more likely on asus.
