CCC shows that it has been well above $10 most of the year (most of the listing in fact) and this is record low, so I wouldn't say that's typical - looks like there was an interim drop late last month. Walmart's "U-Brands" version is $7.13 and has a calendar on it, the closest white one in stock is 11x17 @ $11.32.

The 8.5x11 one is also on sale at $6.26, I thought about getting one of those but they are only $4.97 at WM.

If you need 11x14 this seems like a pretty good deal, nice pick OP.
