Model: Integra DRX 3.4 100W 9.2-Channel 8K Network AV Receiver
Deal HistoryÂ
Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
There should be a rule that if an item is sold for a certain price at a certain threshold of time then it should no longer be advertised as being on sale. This receiver is a prime example.

Argument against: people add deal alerts all the time then remove / pause them when they no longer need X and this is (still) a good deal. (and each time it pops up I go through the, should I bite this time debate...)
Also realistically, if people don't like the deal they'll thumb it down. Has a single one of the versions of this at (more or less) this price failed to hit the front page?
thoughts on this deal: Sigh, this and the (amazon, refurbished) rz-50 keep making me ponder upgrading before my receiver actually fails... the RZ-50 (with 3 yr extended warranty) for 1k is annoyingly tempting as I have some speakers I could toss at my theater and it offers 11 channel processing, but I think this is a better deal for most people, just know that you'll possibly want to use external amps for the main speakers if you're the more power sort with power hungry speakers as this (as well as the RZ-50) have been known to limit power to speakers without any communication to the end user...

Normally, I'd agree with this logic. However, there really isn't anything at all in this price range that gives you this much, even when a deal does come up on other items that try to compete.

lol never understood this & how something makes FP whining post!
Your argument is a microcosm on how silly they are imo.
A deal isn't determined by how often a sale pops up or if it was FP or not.
There is always contemplation of many factors and the worth of them when determining best deal for themselves.
If Dirac Live and pre outs are mandatory, this is a good deal/price on fulfilling that.

Thank you for making this post about the Integra Ground Hog Day special. Slickdeals must have one heck of a contract with Adorama. Next up: White van speakers.

Awesome receiver at this price. I got it a few weeks ago on the previous deal, and I don't mind it posted again.
You have to go through the SD link to see the price, BTW. General public "sees" $1,500. We here at SD take things for granted.

Ideally you want an independent signal for each subwoofer.
Keep in mind this doesn't offer Dirac's subwoofer/bass room correction.
