It's hard to tell. The SKU in the link only shows up this one result in web searches. No brand name associated with this whatsoever. No reviews. I'm not familiar with the seller Harfington.

I would expect this is no-name garbage.

Buy a cheap set (like this one) and figure out what bits you need. Then get Whiteside, Amana, Freud, CMT or Freud bits.
