Same, can't seem to get the 25% to work. Says I've already used the code the max number of times.

Pretty close for similar
This worked for me. The link in step 2 didn't work so had to select the One time Purchase on the product page and check the box for $2.49 off. Then select the subscribe and save option and check the 25% off.
It's not intuitive because one would think the discount would be one or the other.
