Although it seems that unlocking this way is unreliable and sometimes it locks up again after reboots. I bought one with no plan so we'll see if it works.

We've been on US Mobile for a while now. Pooled plans are great for us almost always around WiFi. Solid service, support, app, and plan value. Very happy with the service and flexible plan options.
If you see the option to buy it at this price without meeting that requirement due to a bug on their site, there could be issues.
