hotel ~$400/nt
ground trans - 4 trips ~$500total?
concert tix ~$500? x2
spending cash $1700
= $5,000 on the high end is my estimate, but I estimated for the cost of the concert tix which could potentially be much higher (or lower) and ground transport which could be much higher depending on the vehicle and distance (limo vs uber vs 70-seat bus for all winners?). The hotel could also potentially be much higher if its a really nice hotel...

Considering the tax burden for the thing, I still say that the stated ARV seems ridiculously overinflated.
