I used to complain all the time about TS non-credit, and then low and behold, I got banned for "inconsistencies". I've always rather suspected it had more to do with complaining too much. Since they reinstated me, I never complain. If a survery doesn't credit, even if I spent a long time on it, I let it go.
It's just not worth bringing too much attention to yourself by complaining. They can ban or block you just because they feel like it.

Tip on how to do this. Skip the tutorial and go to the "missions" tab at the top. Start doing the missions that give you the best energy/exp ratio. As you level go to the "ship" tab and do "recruit engineers". Rinse and repeat. Pretty easy game if you ask me! New missions come out as you level. I never had to wait for an energy replenish or anything i just kept leveling. There is a mission that requires dynamite just go to the "trade" tab and buy a ton of them and keep doing that mission!
