Go back one page towards the bottom and see a discussion I had with another poster about this a couple of hours ago. Just now I completed the following survey, got the 'congratulations' screen, but the counter didn't change when I clicked on it. No credit. This was a survey about some kind of watch that works with a cell phone:

This was not "entitlement" as someone who had to look up the word and then misused it suggested. This was payment for work I had completed as the SBs site crashed - through no fault of mine. Many, many times I let surveys that don't credit go, like I did again today. Too much complaining will cause nothing but trouble, so I pick my battles carefully - despite what certain trolls might think.
