It would not take them long to figure out who you are by comparing your posts under an alias FB account to the what seems like endless complaints you say you submit to them.
I work in customer support for a company and we make notes on peoples accounts that are constant complainers and usually do very little to help them and sometimes tell them their business is no longer wanted.
Funny thing, last night when I cleared cookies & cache and closed FF for the evening, I remembered something else I wanted to do, so I clicked on FF again. Before the page loaded, a FF add-on updater or some such thing ran for an instant on the desktop. When I opened FF, the new/new FP was there. It wasn't until this morning that I discovered coupons.com wouldn't print. It also doesn't work in FF on my second computer.
I just checked, and I am running the updated 21.0, so that isn't the issue. It happened right after they changed the FP, so I'm going to blame SBs!
Oh, and I wouldn't blame anyone but the dumba$$ that planted whatever lil' nasty is lurking in our systems since there is a trail through the cyber dust on this one. Not that I would w/o proof, anyway...j/s

I looked into the issue and you're right, Firefox doesn't install the coupon printer addons like it should. Here's a work around for you:
Launch Firefox and type about:config into the address bar (note, tread lightly here, as it is Firefox's configuration file and you want to make sure you make any inadvertent changes).
Scroll down the page and locate the line "plugins.load_appdir_plugins". Double click the line to change the Boolean operator from false to true. Close Firefox.

Sometimes if you clear cookies, cache and history, you can do the offer again in a different browser, or the same browser if you wait a few hours or days. At times the browser is the issue, but more often, it's one little step that may not have been posted that you missed. I couldn't get one of those game offers on RO to credit until I invited friends to share it on FB. That one detail - not sharing - is what kept the offer from crediting.
