You have to deposit $30K to get the $180 discount which is $15 a month.
$10K for $10 a month discount and
$1000 for $5 a month discount.
The $180 discount amounts to interest you would receive on ~$4200.
That stacks with you auto pay and any additional discounts you may already have.
I've been burned and had identity theft when opening recent bank accounts so I probably will pass on these but those who are looking to earn a little more interest and get verizon discounts, go for it!
