I'm aware Qualcomm is new to the game and not every software is compatible, but is there some other issue?
VMware or VirtualBox last I heard can't run on their ARM processors. Certain AV and encryption programs are also not compatible.

You'd have to watch the Best Buy website like a hawk to try to get it though.
