Infimobile was a nightmare to set up and I only got it partially working. Definitely buy it from Amazon….i ended up returning it.

Customer service? Talked to them for 15 mins , but they really never helped me at all. They said they send me an email with apn settings and stuff but they never did. I tried calling them again 2x but just got a busy signal….That's when I returned it.

It was cheap and if it works for you have at it.
How did the return work? I would be afraid of losing my number. I take it they allowed for a port out of it.

is this could be used in apple watch?
That would have been my use case as well but it appears the answer is NO.

From their site: "Note: Currently, we don't support smartwatches with SIM cards, such as Apple Watch and routers. We're working to expand our device compatibility in the future."

One question that I have is for people who already had service and tried for a new deal. Can you get a deal like this or do they trick you into paying like $200+ a year if you stay with them.

I would hate to move for 1 year and have to move again because of a big price jump.

I had a Redpocket TM $30 yearly plan (200 min/1000 text/200MB per month) that no longer exists and my plan was expiring. They had a new 100/100/500 $60 plan, but Infimobile TM yearly plan (2500/2500/5gb) was $60 also. My biggest concern to switching to Infimobile was that there seems to be lots of negative reviews re: porting and activation (including othe Infimobile deal threads). I bit the bullet and ordered from Amazon anyway. I then went into RP account and followed the TRANSER to another carrier prompts and got my account number and PIN; very easy and kudos to RP for making the process so easy. Sim was delivered the next day, verified it was the right sim (as printed on package), and followed activation instructions. Take note, even though the website indicated porting was in process, there were NO emails to confirm this. Also, I was able to log into my account with the email & password I set up, but everything in the account was "blank". Everything on my profile was empty; scared the s**t out of me. I was typing up what I wanted to say to support via chat, when I got an email saying my port was blocked on (redpocket) side. I got back into RP, and lo and behold, "Port Blocker" was enabled. Turned it off, started chat (got someone in a few minutes) and asked them to resubmit. They did, and within a few minutes, my line was activated. Put sim in, restarted phone, and calling and sms testing confirmed it was working. Got an activated email and also was able to log in and see profile details, the plan I had, etc. Then I drove around town to test data: turned on maps and Spotify, everything worked and I had a strong signal. I am very happy with is new plan (so far). My primary phone also has RP ($100 ebay 1000/unl/1gb yearly plan) that expires in August. A similar plan is available on the RP website, but if Infimobile is $60, and my experience with activation was positive, then I'll switch to Infimobile for that phone as well. Yesterday when I looked, plan was back up to $100, but today, it's back down to $60 (TM version).
That's what I might be doing. Leaving RP for infimobile. My only concern is that I won't be able to get another $60 or whatever deal the next time I need to renew it and have to move again.

This is my concern too as my $99/year for 10 gb is expiring in September. I was told it would be $252 to renew this plan, but CS was unclear if I could renew my plan on a different promotional plan (like this one).

Bought Tmobile version last month for some reason I been receiving lots of spam calls daily. Anyway to block them ?
Run away from T-Mob as fast as you can and don't look back. Team Mob built its system by scamming, cheating and overcharging loyal subscribers like myself after its takeover of local carriers like Voiceestream. The blatant scams were a corporate model ahead of its time. Run away as fast as you can and don't look back.

I have had the $99/year for 10gb plan with TMobile for 10 months. I have been happy with the service. However, I am seeing a renewal rate of $252/year. For the small amount of data, minutes, texts I use per month this is too much for me. I switched from Mint to Infimobile because of the cost of their lowest plan vs Infimobile. I'm not sure if there will be a cheaper option with Infimobile in two months for a light user, but I won't pay $252/yr.
That's the catch, they pull you in with an insane rate up front, then hope you don't want to go through the hassle of switching away.

i just left mint 15gb plan for the infimobile 15gb plan. even if i have to change companies in a yr it's worth it to me. mint renewal was $264 after taxes/fees. infimobile deal is $112 (no tax). that's $152 savings per plan. and i have 5 in my family that need a plan, so $152 x 5 = $760 saved for the next 12 mos.

just ported over 2 phone lines the other day, took all but 5 mins each and were up and running on infimobile. will do the other 3 soon.

i'll keep an eye out for new offers in 10 months...

yes, verizon is back up to $100. I'd suggest that you just keep checking, this deal has come and gone many times this year.

I bought this service for my GF and ported her number from Mint. The number moved out of Mint in 5 minutes and disconnected but it took Infimobile 4 days and over a dozen phone calls to finally get the port handled properly. They sent two emails that asked her to "reactivate service" with Mint. Mint said impossible because number was already ported. Their 24/7 customer service is polite but unhelpful. Their response are almost always "wait 2 hours" or "wait 4 hours". You can't speak to their engineering/porting department. It is a good deal but if you ever have to deal with their customer service good luck.
